The room was modern and I greatly enjoyed the stay for a quick business trip. All the staff was really good, fixed my issues. Location: the hotel was close to several restaurants, the "outskirts" of downtown, and the Catedral and centró histórico.
The hotel staff was not so helpful.

The hotel seamlessly blends with the downtown architecture, creating a charming and aesthetically pleasing environment. Additionally, the location of the hotel is perfect, being close to the cathedral and surrounded by a variety of restaurants within walking distance. The service provided by the staff was exceptional - they were professional, well-trained, and genuinely focused on providing the best experience for their guests. Lastly, the comfort of the rooms was outstanding, with impressive sleep quality and a pleasantly quiet atmosphere at night.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic. However, there is room for improvement in terms of amenities.

The staff was friendly and professional, and their service went beyond my expectations. The location of the hotel was also a plus, as it was situated close to several restaurants and key landmarks.
I did encounter a few aspects of the hotel that could have been better. I was disappointed to find out that the hotel did not have a restaurant, bar, or offer breakfast.
