The blend of modern and colonial styles created a comforting atmosphere. Breakfast was good, particularly the handmade tortillas and huevos rancheros. I did notice some noise from surrounding areas that could disrupt sleep.

The room was modern and I greatly enjoyed the stay for a quick business trip. All the staff was really good, fixed my issues. Location: the hotel was close to several restaurants, the "outskirts" of downtown, and the Catedral and centro historico.
The hotel staff was not so helpful.

The staff was excellent and friendly throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, we faced some challenges . The water pressure in our room was very low, requiring multiple calls to the lobby for assistance. It was annoying to have to wait for a resolution when we just wanted to enjoy our time. The bathroom design was poor, as the shower water would leak onto the toilet area.

The restaurant served some bomb sourdough bread that paired perfectly with handmade tortillas and fried eggs at breakfast. Plus, shout out to Javier's service-he.
Oh, the water pressure was a real buzzkill. Had to jab the lobby three times just to get it sorted.

The hotel stands out for its elegance and cleanliness. My junior suite on the first floor featured high ceilings, a modern TV, and great lighting-a cozy spot indeed. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the Cathedral and local bars. We enjoyed exploring every day. The hearty breakfast with handmade tortillas and delicious salsas set us up for the day, although the coffee could use improvement-freshly brewed would be ideal instead of reheated pots. Especially at the restaurant, were attentive. The bathroom layout was inconvenient, with shower water often leaking onto the toilet area. I faced an issue with low water pressure during the mornings, frustrating. Even still, the ambiance of the hotel and helpful staff were good.
